Space was limited in this upper-level apartment in a 1920s house. Selective demolition of the existing walls created new openings and visual connections. Colored accent walls and natural materials now define living areas in the renovated, largely open plan. A minimalist approach to detailing further reduces the “visual clutter,” creating a sense of spaciousness throughout the apartment.
